The only other version I've played on is 1.5, the current version when I started playing. I've been exclusively playing on 1.6(.4) since it was released nearly 9 years ago, either as semi-vanilla or on my own "alternative development path" mod which in part reflects my views of how newer updates could have been implemented, which is nearly as old (I started making my own mods in late 2013, at first to improve the underground, then other world generation, at which point I created what I call "TheMasterCaver's World", before going on to add more blocks/items/mobs and pretty much anything else).
